Use The Gazelle Edge Ultra

Learn the basic glide to increase weight loss and tone muscles.

The Gazelle Edge Ultra is an exercise machine designed by Tony Little. The Gazelle is designed to provide a complete body workout by using a gliding motion. The gliding motion ensures all body parts are targeted without putting extreme strain on the body. This is a wonderful feature for people who have knee or back problems. To use the Gazelle Edge Ultra, you must learn do the basic glide.

Instructions

1. Stand behind the Gazelle Edge Ultra, facing towards the unit. Place one hand on each of the black bars. Place your left foot in the center of the left foot pedal. Place your right foot on the right foot pedal. Position yourself to where you are completely comfortable and balanced.

2. Stand upright on the Gazelle Edge Ultra. Move one foot forward; as you complete this motion the opposite foot will move back. Start slow to ensure you are comfortable and balanced. As you feel comfortable, increase your glide speed and stride. Keep your knees slightly bent at all times. You are now doing the basic glide and can continue to do so until you are finished with your workout.

3. Slow your glide down until the Gazelle Edge Ultra comes to a complete stop. Carefully remove one foot at a time while continuing to hold onto the cross bar for support. Repeat this process for future workouts.
