Locate Christian Employment In Cincinnati Ohio

Find a job with a Christian Oragnization.

Cincinnati is filled with churches and Christian organizations who need hard-working people to make them successful. To get your foot into the door, simply begin by volunteering wherever needed at your local church and begin letting church leaders know that you are interested in employment at their church, or any other they know that is hiring. Provide your resume but let them know you are willing to help out wherever needed. Once you gain experience, you can network to find other opportunities. Attend Christian events at organizations you are interested in to network, and bring copies of your updated resume.

Church Employment

1. Join a community church.

Become a member of a local church and attend regularly. Consider a large church and one with aging members, because there will be more opportunities for volunteering and employment.

2. Check the church newsletter or bulletin for volunteer opportunities. Begin volunteering in areas that may be related to your job field.

3. Make friends and let them know that you are seeking a job with a Christian organization. Get to know church leaders and let them know you are seeking employment and ask them to keep you in mind should anything become available. Provide your resume when church leaders are available during the week but let them know you are willing to help out anywhere you are needed.

4. Consider attending and volunteering at two churches that hold services on multiple days. Network with attendees at each church, and, when asked about your employment, let them know of your intentions and to let you know if opportunities arise. Talk to people about your talents and how you could benefit the church.

5. Inquire again if nothing becomes available in another two to three months. Be persistent but not desperate.
