A good place to find women is any place a woman can be relaxed and in her element. A hardware store, bookstore, sporting events, cooking, language or painting class, or the woman's section of a clothing store are all good places. Most of these places are comfortable for a guy also.
Women are more willing to talk to a guy in any of these places because they are able to see that you have more substance than a guy at a bar.
Hardware Stores
Hardware and building supply stores are golden opportunities to whip out the knowledge you have about every tool and part in that store. Some women wander the aisles without knowing what they are looking for _ but you could help. Politely offer a suggestion and show her anything else she will need. Do not forget to offer to help her with her project. Be careful not to insult her intelligence. If she looks like she knows what she's doing, simply ask her about her project.
Sporting events
Some women are athletic and could share your love of sports. Point out the killer moves she made on the court or in the field. You could also console a woman from the losing team and acknowledge her awesome plays. Endorphins are always soaring at sports games.
Bookstores
Women like brains. A bookstore or library is the best place to showcase those smarts. Find your favorite sections and check out the women browsing it. This opens the door of opportunity to ask her about a book or recommend one you liked. The coffee shop at the bookstore makes a perfect place to sit and talk about it.
Clothing Stores
In the woman's section of a clothing store, go shopping for your sister. Ask other women for opinions on which items look best. Your sister gets something cute and you get the girl. Score.
Bad Places
So why are your fall-back bars bad places to meet women?
Women want to see men in a place where more qualities are apparent, rather than how well he dresses and what cologne he is wearing.
