If its an event applicants are asked to provide all sponsorship levels. Only online applications are accepted.

Ineligible Groups
Groups heavily associated with politics are not eligible. Religious groups, international organizations, labor unions and individuals aren't supported, as well as medical education groups and sports teams. Those mailing, faxing or delivering requests will not be considered for contributions.
