"
Halo 3: ODST" is a first-person shooter that focuses on events taking place in the same time frame as "Halo 2." Gamers can unlock 1,000 achievement points in "Halo 3: ODST; many gamers find the Deja Vu achievement to be the hardest. To get the 25-point achievement, gamers must complete the level "Highway" on Legendary difficulty (the most difficult), with the Iron Skull activated and without using the Warthog or Scorpion, two vehicles that would make the stage much easier to traverse.
Instructions
1. Activate Legendary difficulty and Iron Skull from the main menu. The Iron Skull can be activated from the "Skulls" options, and Legendary from the "Difficulty" settings.
2. Press "Start Level" to load the level.
3. Walk through the tunnel directly in front of you. On the other side, several vehicles will be positioned. Do not enter the Warthog or Scorpion. Whether or not you drive the vehicle, the achievement will be instantly deactivated. The Warthog looks like a Jeep, while the Scorpion resembles a tank.
4. Hop in and drive the Mongoose. The Mongoose is an all-terrain vehicle with a small rocket launcher on the back. The rocket launcher has 999 shots, so you should have plenty of rockets to get through the level.
5. Advance through the level slowly, eliminating any enemies with the rocket launcher. A majority of the forces you will face are also in vehicles, so the rocket launcher is the best way to eliminate them. After the level is complete, you will receive the Deja Vu achievement (as long as you have not entered a Warthog or Scorpion).
